This nifty gadget is one of the most flexible, compact karaoke devices I’ve seen. It includes docking capabilities for pretty much every iPod model since the 3G, and can also pull its data from files on USB storage devices. The karaoke feature includes tempo and key control along with two microphone inputs.

The CAVS IPS-11G Karaoke Station can play files in MPEG, MPG, AVI, DAT, VOB, MP3, JPEG, MPG, GIF formats, and also MCG-MP3 format karaoke files. The device provides for remote-controlled playback and navigation of files as well as display of video and images on your TV (composite or S-Video), and output to your audio system via its analog and digital (optical) outputs. It will also charge your iPod while docked. The manufacturer, CAVS, also sells over 20,000 compatible Karaoke tracks on their website if you’re into those into those sort of things. Pricing is not yet announced.
