Even though we all know by now that the Nintendo Wii will retail for $249.99 USD when it launches this November, that’s never the amount you really spend once you buy all your games and accessories.
The folks over at N-Sider have gone through the trouble to build a handy Wii Cost Calculator to help you figure out what the real damage will be. For example, I plan on picking up a Wii, one extra remote and nunchuk as well as a few intriguing launch titles (Rayman Raving Rabbids, Elebits and Red Steel), then add on Illinois tax, my total is $488.69. the system, and one game(i want 3 but i wont have money for 3 by sunday) it’s $321.73. i just need 17 more bucks! i prolly wont be able to get it in the first week anyway, and it happens to be allowance next week (im 16, no job, and i get 20 dollars every two weeks.)

YEAA I bought a Will SHIZZZZZZZ i spent 280 for everything screw buying expensive games i do gamefly, renting is the way to go nobody really play a game once you know what happens and if u do u can buy it at there DISCOUNTED PRICE. ONLY FOOL WILL WASTE MONEY ON OVER PRICED GAMES AND TAKE HARD DAMAGE TI THERE POCKETS. for $20 bucks rent 2 games and hold them as long as u want.

My Wii costs about 400$ and I got The Wii, 2 Wiimotes, 2 Nunchucks and 18 games!! I got it all used and that’s why it’s so cheap!! (Well for a Wii it’s cheap)

The Wii is too expensive for me but I got some money for graduation. So what I don’t use for the Nintendo DS and any extra money I have I’m gonna save for the Wii. And now I just need a job so I can save more money for it.
