Bit gimmicky. Basically any flavourings not used get wasted? How is this different from making several different flavours in different bottles? I guess there are flavour combinations you wouldn’t usually get on the plus side. On the minus side every bottle of Fizz you make has to have all the flavours which would possibly drive the price up. The potential for caffeine abuse is another issue (save up several bottles. Push the caffeine tab after each drink has been drunk and empty all that caffeine from several bottles into one bottle. Increases the risk of caffeine overdose.

Also I could see bottled water sales going up if these get sold. You could break the Cherry, vanilla, Cola & caffiene tabs, drink the drink then break the lemon & lime tabs to flavour your other bottle of fizzy water. (for example)

As you may be able to tell I’m a bit undecided as to whether this would take off in the drinks market. Would be brilliant for use with 2-part adhesives and resins though. Just click the container and shake. Would work really well. Especially with resins. You could have the main resin in the bottle – the catalyst & mixer in two of the tabs and 4 dyes (in the 6 tab version).

Anyways! Awesome idea. I wish you could put only certain amounts of flavor in rather than the entire button’s worth, though.
