It is really, really low quality, which is a same. A dirty shame - since it's so uber geeky and uber geeky in my favorite flavor - retro. My friends say they can't understand a word I'm saying. Just for kicks, I called my answering machine and now I can hear what they're talking about. Just left a message with Thinkgeek's customer service using the handset. We'll see if they can decipher the muffled message enough to call me back. Just received mine. It is really, really low quality, which is a same.
