With the very first U.S. Playstation 3 consoles going on sale in less than 15 minutes, we’d like to hear from anyone who stood in line, got a console, or didn’t and what your experiences have been, good, bad or ugly.

No, because I stayed home laughing at those who waited in line for a whole day to leave empty handed.
No, because I was too busy playing with the Wii I got Thursday night.
Well, being the console junkie that I am, I decided to bite the bullet and buy a PS3. I managed to get one during the Costco website insanity yesterday.
I’m sure I’ll get a Wii at some point in the near future too (but not until the component video cables are available again.)
I’m just now trying to get extra wiimotes and nunchucks. I just need one for tomorrow. I can’t find one anywhere except ebay, where they want more than twice MSRP on both. These [insert derogatory explative here] idiots who just slurp up the units to sell on ebay are getting really old. Make me want to cut a fool.
