There have been a variety of devices released which let you remotely control your iPod when docked, but never one that’s this full featured.

Keyspan TuneView for iPod

In addition to the typical volume and track controls, Keyspan’s new TuneView for iPod (model TVI-200C) features a full color LCD display of your iPod’s playlists, so you can really control your iPod as if it were right in front of you. The system includes a dock with audio and S-Video outputs as well as USB sync and charge capabilities. The remote control operates using radio frequencies (RF) rather than infrared (IR), meaning it does not require line of site to operate. The 2.4Ghz RF transmitter is said to work up to 150 feet away in an open space (or about 75 feet through walls), so you can use it throughout your house.

The TuneView for iPod is available now for about $179 USD.
