How about neither? Instead of choosing between two ridiculous formats that encrypt purchased media and restrict consumer freedom and choice, why not come up with one (or more) format that respects consumer freedom?

Blu-Ray and HD-DVD combined with Microsoft Vista will result in the most restrictive general-purpose computing ever recorded. Let's not pay for a format that benefits the media company over the consumer, let's pay for a media format that benefits the consumer.
