Why anyone would want to do this, I don’t know… Some guy with a lot of time on his hands decided to set up their Nintendo DS Lite so it could run Wii games on its tiny little screen.
I suppose they just wanted to be able to say it could be done. Go figure.

all i can see is someone that is putting a video signal into the ds, and use it as the tv. wii in background running software not the ds itself.
