Nope mr Anon, as michael said EB hires on social and retail skills, and just for the record, EB Australia and New Zealand are one company. I know because I was at there managers meeting two weeks ago and met many of my New Zealad counterparts...better luck next time.

I actually work at EB Games, and yes, even though the pay is rather crap and the managers sometimes don't know what they are doing, you can't expect staff to know every single title out there.

EB Games hires it's staff based on social and retail skills, not on their gaming expertise. Half the people I work with don't even play games.

On top of that, you should know the EB Games don't sell PS1 games, let alone have any PS1 titles registered in their system.

In regards to this article, I have to admit, EB Games isn't the store to go to if you're looking for a bargain.

I must say, though this is an old thread but there are people out there who will hopefully read this anyway. EB Games is pretty crappy when it comes to, well, anything that they do! I was, still am looking for a copy of Diablo for playstation since mine pretty much died and though I will probably never find another one unless I pay like 50-100 bucks on Ebay for it, when I went to an EB Games, this was my conversation with the clerk, (who by the way is suppose to know about video games, that's why he works at a GAME store).

Me: Hello, how are you today?
Clerk: Fine, yourself?
Me: Good. I have a question though it's probably silly to ask since you probably haven't seen this for awhile. I am looking for Diablo for playstation... Very old game I know and of course you can find it everywhere for PC, but not for playstation.
Clerk: Uhhh... that game doesn't exist for playstation.
Me: Really? Are you positive?
Clerk: Yes, I mean, you can go to any gamestore and ask the same question and you'll get the same response. I think you're mistaking it for another game possibly.

Yeah... the conversation went on... IT WAS STUPID! -.- These people don't know anything about video games CLEARLY.
