Japanese toy and electronics maker TakaraTomy is now offering this set of crazy USB gadgets that will make your desktop look like some sort of top secret military base.

Start off with the Big Red Emergency Button (¥3990/$34 USD), which looks pretty ominous, but merely shuts down your Windows PC. Then, hook up the Glitter Panel (¥5985/$51 USD), a 16×16 LED grid which provides you with remote access to desktop widgets such as CPU usage, e-mail notification, a clock and a scrolling message board.
If you want to see how these gadgets look in action, TakaraTomy has posted video clips of them here. If you speak fluent Japanese, or are feeling adventurous, electronics retailer Bic has them for sale.

Any idea whether or not they work with non-windows PCs? I doubt it… but just imagine how much fun one could have with those

Do you know where I can purchase the Emergency
Button in the USA. I live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
