While there are plenty of spill-resistant keyboards out there, this is the first time I’ve seen one that can actually be washed in the sink.

Unotron’s line of washable keyboards, mice and Smartcard readers can all be submerged under running water and cleaned with antibacterial cleansers. Designed primarily for environments where cleanliness is a must, like hospitals, schools and food-handling environments, all of their computer accessories are designed to prevent the invasion of dust and water, even when under high pressure. Prices are actually pretty reasonable, with wired and wireless keyboards ranging from about $50 up to $80, mice from $50 to $70 and Smartcard readers from $25 to $30.
If you have kids, or work in an environment where stuff just gets dirty, these accessories are definitely worth checking out.

Man & Machine manufacturers a variety of keyboards and mice that can be properly cleaned and disinfected. The Really Cool keyboards come in a variety of sizes and styles and can be cleaned with alcohol, chemical disinfectants, and even soap and water. They also protect from coffee spills and food being dropped on the keyboards. You can check out the keyboards at http://www.man-machine.com
