pocket laser clock: redux

A couple of weeks back, I told you about a little clock that projects the time using what was purported to be a laser beam. Turns out that one just used a lame red LED, and could barely muster an image from more than a couple of feet away.

ThinkGeek Time Laser Projector

Well, ThinkGeek is now offering an actual pocket laser clock. It’s just $11.99, and uses a 650nm wavelength red laser to project the current time onto any surface. It fits neatly in your pocket, and even has a ball-point pen in the other end of it, so you can use it to write with when you’re not checking the time.
