At first I thought there were just lights but recently and went to get a closer look and I saw a UFO sending a beam of light into the water and vapor going back into the UFO. I have witnessed this three times in the past year and each time I was not able to record or take a picture, every electrical divice I brought just went haywire. I am not sure what to do? Should I call the police when this happens? The government? I know it is abnormal because I have never seen an object float like that, almost like it was on a rope.
