Hell yeah! The one in the mod looks like an I-Tech Bluetooth one, which you can get commercially for about US$200 on eBay, Amazon, etc. If you don't need bluetooth though, you can get wired ones around US$150. How it works- This particular one projects 2 lasers, one of visible light (the red laser you can see), and the other an Infrared beam above the keyboard. When you 'press' the key, the finger breaks this IR beam slightly above the desk. This reflects off your finger, captured by a camera which calculates the angle, figures out co-ordinates, and relays them to the computer. Simple, hey?
