Why? Well, you could have a wallet stolen, your bank card used online say, and then you've only got a few issues with the bank to get your card replaced and the money back. With this new technoligy, you may get your money back in the even of theft as before. But you sure aren't gonna grow new fingers back. This just seems like an absolutely terrible idea.
