Table Lamp Trapped Inside Blown Glass
July 25th, 2007
This amazing work of artistry looks like your typical low-voltage desk lamp, except it’s been delicately placed inside a large glass shell.

Studio Italia Design’s dramatic Blow Table Lamp is really a sight to behold. The lighting fixture’s centerpiece is a small adjustable 12V lighting head encased inside a blown glass bubble. The light’s direction can be adjusted using a magnet that sits on the outside of its clear glass globe.
All this beauty does come at a price though, with the lamp retailing for over $1200. If you’ve got the taste and the dough, you can pick one up from The Lighting Center in New York.

how do u change the light bulb on the inside?
Good question – I imagine the bottom of the lamp unscrews or something like that so you can get inside of it.
