rubik’s cube goes into the next dimension

I’ve seen all sorts of variations on the original Rubik’s Cube puzzle, but never one quite like this.

EastsheenCubes take multiple mini-cubes and join them together to form one crazy looking version of the classic mindbender. With the cubes intersecting one another, I’m betting that complicates things just a little bit.
Available from Japan’s Cataloger, the 2×2x2 version is ¥840(~$7 USD,) the 2×2x3 one costs ¥1,260 (~$11 USD), and the 2×2x 4 cube puzzle is ¥1,680 (~$14 USD.)
I dare Michel Gondry to solve one of these with his feet!
