To clarify – each speaker has a 125Watt tweeter and a 125Watt Amplifier. Each speaker has a total output power of 250Watts or 500Watts combined. However, the maximum sustained power recommend by B&O engineers is 220Watts or 440Watts combined. I have a set of Mk3s in White – the sound is astonishing for their size. Engineering perfection!

In Brazil they would be obliged by law to service any equipment bought anywhere. As long as the owner presents a prof of the purchase, it doesn`t matter where it was originally bought.
Service here is guaranteed.

It is also noted that the company refuses to service in one country equipment bought in another, even when the local infrastructure to do so exists. Diplomats, expatriates, international shoppers, people on the move, should think twice before acquiring B&O products

They are not supposed to handle 250 Watts. They have two 125 Watts class D amplifiers built in each loudspeaker!!!
