		<description>In terms of video, your component output will be restricted to 480p (or 576p in PAL) on any CSS-protected discs.

Audio, on the other hand isn&#039;t a problem. Just don&#039;t hook up the &quot;Surround Back&quot; channels, and you should be fine. There may be a menu setting to select 5.1 vs. 7.1, but that&#039;s it.

You also should be able to connect the HDMI directly to your TV and then audio connectors directly to your receiver. That would let you preserve the full upscaling and audio capabilities.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m planning to buy this DVD player but my concern is that my AV receiver don&#039;t have HDMI input and can only take 5.1 analog input instead of the 7.1 this player is offering. Would I still be able to enjoy the SACD&#039;s and Audio DVD if i only use 6 of the 8 analog output this player is offering? thanks for the info...</description>
