i have the opportunity to beta test the device and it is actually very nice. The touch pad has different speed settings (it a true touch/scroll pad unlike the zune 'fake' click scroll wheel) and the UI is clean and user freindly. The wifi worked very well, I could connect to all kinds of different wireless routers, it supports all types of wep encryption and open networks.
There is a ton of features packed into the device that you don't know about when intially playing with it, but the more you use it the more you start to see all the cool functionality the device offers.
I give it a full endorsement, it was fun & easy to use!
