I have bought one online at http://www.ratscar.com/gaming/products/ almost three weeks ago and received nothing yet. Moreover, they have not replied to my emails. After calling them 3 times, they claimed the mouse pad had been sent a couple of days earlier and sent me a link to enable me to trace delivery by TNT. The link turned out to be to a page in Dutch which, when translated, is an error message. I really would not recommend buying from that site.
Well, it has now become clear that the parcel has simply been lost by TNT

Hello AJ http://www.ratscar.com has worked fine they ran out of stock when i orderd but i still recived my mousepad took some time , if the TNT lost your packet , its not your fault and you schould recieve the mousepad anyways
Well, incredibly, the pad did arrive the day after I spoke to TNT on the phone and they told me they could not trace the parcel and presumed it was lost. I’ve been using the pad for a month now and am quite happy with it.
