I've been using the pad for a month now and am quite happy with it. Moreover, they have not replied to my emails. After calling them 3 times, they claimed the mouse pad had been sent a couple of days earlier and sent me a link to enable me to trace delivery by TNT. The link turned out to be to a page in Dutch which, when translated, is an error message. I really would not recommend buying from that site.
