It's basically the origami star paper (bought in yellow or just cut from thin yellow paper) which is then folded into a pentagon shape and the edges are crimped. They sell the paper in little packs for only a dollar at the asian market near where I live. I made about 100 of them that glow in the dark and put them in a glass jar for my boyfriend. ^_^ Anyway yeah, after you fold the star, color the eyes on and then 'pinch' the edges and you're done! Just search for Origami paper stars online and I'm sure the instructions on easy to find and start crafting! I actually know almost exactly how she made these.
