My favorites include the Hite beer drinking Hagar the Horrible and an exact copy of the old PBS logo on the side of a walk-in clinic. Disney characters are also fairly popular on clothing or crudely painted on schools and playground equipment. I guess it's not the same as finding your own character being manufactured into a cheap plastic trinket. @Philip Spence-
