gamer shirts: cheaper than games, better than plain shirts

Owen Good over at the big K has a great idea: if you’re looking for a gift for your gamer-friends but you find that actual video games are too pricey, get them these wonderful yet cheap shirts instead. For instance, the RRoD shirt, pictured below, is just $19. The one after that, the Bioshocker, is justĀ $18 – $20 depending on the size.

The Achievement Unlocked shirt also sells forĀ $19, making it a nice and cheap alternative to the honest hoodie, while the Jump shirt shows that we gamers are addicted to better stuff. That sounded really wrong. Anyway you can also get it for around $18-$20 depending on the size.

To my beloved family & friends: I am a gamer and I need a shirt. Feel free to pick from any of the above, or if you’ve bought all four for me already, then hit the link for more. You’re welcome.

Achievement unlocked: Left the house!
You gotta wear that one!
As opposed to scouring the web for tech stuff, and then wasting your outdoor time in telling everyone how great the outdoors are…..fail.
Mario’s jumping the wrong way if you assume the controller pictured is the one that’s making him jump. The guy’s hand is pressing left and Mario is going right…. design fail.
ninja – haha!
design fail my ass. you just dont know your roots.
ninja = nerd fail.
Just because the thumb is there doesn’t mean it’s pressing the button
@spreadsheet ninja: dude those 2 disembodied hands have been playing for so long that they can actually make mario jump backward. true story.
@You all: Bloody hell, give it a rest would ya?
I got to say, I love ‘em. I think I’ll nab m the Jump one, as well as the RRoD. As for Bio Shocker, I don’t quite get it…
@ The Amazing Chicken Dinner-
Hello, Bioshock? one of the best games of ‘07?
Some funny shirts, though.

rotlmfao! These shirts are awsm! Mario FTW! And who’s to say left doesn’t make you go right? He’s getting high, remember?
burger dont be a dickhead you dont even know im sure the man knows about bioshock, however he might be unaware of the pic that has a list of ways to finger a girl one of which, is the “shocker”, the big daddy is holding his hand in that fashion, i prefer the “show stopper”
I’m thinking the reason that the thumb on the NES controller is holding left is because sometimes after holding B in order to run Mario would “overjump” and on those levels where hurdling too far would mean certain death, holding the d-pad in the opposite direction could facilitate for a decrease in momentum as well a mid-air change of direction. This method would be best suited to insure that you land on a levitating block or perhaps a pipe in between a pair of crevasses.
^exactly. You can change direction in mid-air.
Oook. I get it. I feel dirty now….
