		<description>I had the same problem, however I contacted the distributor (New Designs for Comfort, in mass) and they added a small piece of lead, to the head rest -- completely solved the problem!  I have seen this price of $1200 floating around... that is wrong. They sell for $2500 and up, yet WELL WORTH IT. This furniture will last a lifetime and I know that the company offers replacement pads if you ever need them.</description>
