i’ve been lookig into these for about a month now and although none of them have all the buttons yours is closest. great job putting the d-pad in its rare to find one like that. i mean kirby 64 is one of my favorite games and you have to use the d-pad in that game! i would love to know how you did it! ill have to buy ben hecks book

Dude thats really cool. Hey for all you N64 haters, just take your crap somewhere else. What are you going to say about your favorite games now when they’re in the past, huh? I would rather play my N64 than a 360 any day, in fact, I got rid of my 360 because of the stupid red ring. The system can’t even function properly. But anyways, great job dude and keep it up.

And to be honest, i don’t think i could play a game with incredible graphics, if it had horrible gameplay. Forget the graphics man, its about having fun and enjoying the game, Not being blinded by the too bright details on a game.

First of all, I would just like to take the time to say I do think it is a great project, that needs a little improvement. Evey thing needs constructive criticism. In this case, the hole around the fan is a bit choppy and possibly sharp, so improving that could easily be done by using the correct size core drill bit. (google core drill bit)

Second, the screen needs a little work. It’s just “placed” there. It’s not recessed or anything. Think of car stereos if you will.

Third, the buttons and cut outs also need some work as you can see.

And not to mention the small screen would make it incredibly hard to play games, especially with the low resolution graphics that is the N64.

We all loved goldeneye and mario kart/64, but let’s leave the past in the past.

I can’t honestly see any practical purpose for this other then novelty project out of boredom.

A little rough around the edges. A clear case would be great as well. But seriously, N64? the graphics are pure rubbish. Try PS2 at least.
