Silent Hill : Homecoming, on the 360, was quite scary in the first level, which didn't require a Wii Remote to be scary. But that was graphically intense and high quality. I like the Wii, but only for it's alternative "family-friendly" feel, but if I want to do some serious gaming, it's either the Xbox 360 or the PS3. Personally I'd be more scared of the low polygon count on this blocky ghost than the ghost itself. If only the Wii was more powerful.
