I am getting confused now. I didn’t expect I’d have lots of options for ergonomic mouse.. I am amazed by WeraMouse V2 since you dont need to place it flat on a table.. i think it’s really cool.

I don't believe in a trackball mouse as it cuases strain in your fingers. I much more prefer a static mouse which supports your hand properly. I found a mouse with a lot of research background so I suggest you take a look at that one: ergonomic mouse prevents RSI

A mouse that you can use off a flat surface puts less strain on your shoulders, if you use it a lot. There used to be a Trust Ami Pro trackball mouse that is no longer in production. I had two but one died on me and now I want another. This looks like the one. There is also a Fellow product much along the same lines. Tried the ‘fish mouse’ but it’s not robust enough – trackball kept slipping even when new.

I’ve had one for a couple years. I got it when I broke my arm & couldn’t use a regular mouse. Sure, it’s wired and doesn’t have the scroll wheel like the one above, but it works great.
