Blood Energy Potion: True Blood Comes True [Vampires]

You know how all the vampires on True Blood drink bottles of artificial blood so they don’t have to get their nutrients from sucking on humans? Now you can enjoy the same trendy-vampire pleasure by guzzling down a bag of deliciously drinkable BLOOD.
BLOOD Energy Potion looks just like an IV transfusion bag, but is actually a drinkable concoction loaded with sweet fruit punch flavored energy drink. I love this part of the product description: “Not only does Blood Energy Potion have a similar nutritional makeup to real blood, but it has the same color, look, and consistency of blood. Get real blood nutrients without that real blood taste!” My only question is why it can’t taste like real blood? C’mon.
Unfortunately, if you’re hoping to serve some of this at your Halloween party, you’ll have to wait until next year since this stuff isn’t available until January. Very cool to see something like this come out! In my book “How to Catch and Keep a Vampire,” the synthetic blood comes in bags. I did write it before I discovered True Blood on HBO. Meanwhile, I can’t complain about the cool way Charlaine Harris handled the matter–and I confess I ordered a four-pack of TruBlood from the HBO store.

I realy like that idea though. I heard about it on the radio this morning, and they said it was out though. I am so going to get some! I looks good, but why doesn’t it taste like actual blood? I mean, c’mon. Blood tastes good, I’m sure some would agree. I heard it taste like fruit punch though. It’s a good idea!

I saw something similar at the $1 the other day, it was candy for kids in the IV bag. I don’t remember what the label said.
My mom bought something like that. It was fruit punch and I drank it out of the little IV bag. It was okay, sour.
