Baby Yoda Costume is a Tricky Treat [Star Wars]
October 9th, 2009
Treat, or do not treat. There is no trick. At least, that’s what I’m imaging this child is being taught to say for Halloween. The regular ol’ “trick or treat” just doesn’t seem like it would quite measure up to this incredible Yoda costume.

Actually, for seasoned crafters, this little Yoda costume doesn’t seem too difficult. Creator Susan completed it within a week, and that’s with making multiples of some items (like the adorable hat). But for we plebeians, I expect it might take a little longer, even with the tutorial. Totally worth the effort, though. My son’s going to be Luke Skywalker this year, and now I half wish we’d gone the Yoda route. It seems fitting while they’re short, after all.

I don’t remember which movie Yoda had pet snake in.
All the little girls, or women of all ages, could wear a Princess Leia costume, of which there are various selections. Very young children can easily participate by dressing as C3PO or R2D2. To round out a wonderful Halloween, perhaps even the family doggy may get in on the entertainment with a Star Wars Yoda costume!
