What's the difference?, I have no idea. The toy is very nice though. There are standard DX toy versions of the Phone Braver line however their appearance is not nearly as show-accurate as the Chogokin and because they rely on LCD to display the face, they don't make good display pieces since their LCDs are usually off for power conservation purposes hence you can't see their face unless you actually toy with it.
