The only reason I want the Psp Go is to ditch the UMD Drive. (not to say the awesome design and other cool new features I like.)

Long ass loading times, crappy disk drive for the Umds, carrying around those disks etc.

Plus I never owned a PSP 1000-2000 or 3000.

BUT say if I found a great deal on a used Psp Game (UMD) I could use this to transfer it to digital content to my PSP Go HD.

I don't see why this would be a bad idea. I can see how it would be good for people who "upgraded" their old PSP to the PSPGo, and don't want to buy the same games again. The ripping would be a huge benefit, but wouldn't that be more of a software issue on the PSP rather than a hardware concern??

You lucky man! I never owned a PS2, but right now I just can't see myself shelling out money for that. But I really really really want to play Persona 3 & 4. Arrrrrggggh!

PS2 software emulation is so 2008. I want my PS2 on a chip emulation back. At least I still have a launch day PS3 that actually still plays PS2 games :)
