Mysterious Space Invaders Arcade Machine Surfaces

I was surfing around looking for something entirely different, when I spotted this odd Space Invaders arcade game over on 4Gamer.net.
I have no idea what the gameplay is like, but I imagine it has something to do with pressing those big pink and blye buttons at the bottom of the console.
The best translation I was able to come up with was “Specifications against two people were ‘happy button 2′, the four stations will be introduced gradually from Taito Mon”. Well, that explains it all.
That’s about all I’ve got. Anyone want to take a stab at figuring out how the heck you’d play this game? Feel free to improvise.

this thing’s predecessor, that is.
Well, that explains it all! 2x the Happy Button = 2x the fun!
basically it says that this is a two player game, using two giant buttons, coming to taito game centeres in march
