		<description>the shininess of a reflective surface when photographed is most dependent on what is reflected in it... the top photos have more man things reflected on the surface so it appears more mirror-like.  the bottom photo looks like they are only showing a reflection of the light-source.  photographers will often place different shaped lights and black boxes around reflective objects when they are photographing them.</description>
