Now I didn’t realize that anyone actually needed tech support on how to use Google, but this audio recording from somebody’s granny demanding removal of Google’s recent Pac-Man game is just too funny to ignore.

I love the part where she says she needs to “turn her monitor on” in order to reproduce the problem.

The tech support guy on the other end of the line clearly has the patience of a saint. I would have been spitting out my coffee and trying to control my laughter.
