8-Bit Gary Costume is Pixexellent
July 4th, 2010
I’m a sucker for pixel art, and this most-excellent 8-bit pixel costume could be by new favorite thing of the genre.

Created by Kiel Johnson and worn by Klai Brown of Hyperbole Studios, “8-Bit Gary” was made for an upcoming Toshiba commercial. Kiel created the costume from thousands of individually cut and painted foam blocks, painstakingly glued to a cardboard “suit” structure.
I don’t know about you guys, but I know who I’m calling this Halloween to make my costume.

That’s great! It must have been fun to have a pixel person made of you.
