What Kind of Political Animals Are Jedi Knights?

Max Fisher over at The Atlantic Wire has posted an interesting article about the politics of Jedi Knights. You heard me, the politics of Jedi Knights.
Apparently, journalists have vastly differing opinions on whether Jedi Knights are Libertarians, Socialists, or Sensible Centrists. Although there’s nothing in there about the Tea Party or the Whigs.The crazy thing about the article is that it tells us how there are over 390,000 followers of the Jedi faith in the UK – according to recent census results. England even has a Jedi Member of Parliament. I wonder how many Jedis there are in the US?
