Pixelation forum member junkboy has been making video game demake mock-ups for Swedish magazine Level for several years now. He recently shared some of his creations because he didn’t want them to “just gather dust” on his hard drive. Junkboy, you Swedish artist you, delicious pictures like these should indeed not be defiled by even a speck of digital dust. These are mouth-watering.

I love the Bayonetta demake. No, I love all of these. There’s just a charm to them, the bright colors and cute sprites are fun to look at. But it may also be because I grew up with these graphics.

But most of all, I’m just amazed at how junkboy was able to preserve the look of the games he de-made. Checkout Pixelation for more of junkboy’s awesome work.
