While I prefer having a very slim cover on my phone, there no doubt that these cases definitely look great. These iPhone and iPad cases makes your beloved Apple devices look like a Moleskine notebook.

They’re a great idea for those people who want to disguise their iPhones and iPad into less obvious targets for potential thieves. But will they actually discourage theft? It’s harder to see what exactly they are, that’s for sure.

The Artisan Bindery Book Cases are available from Pad and Quill for $54.99 (USD) for the iPhone version and $39.99 for the iPad version. My only gripe is that at those prices, I’d have expected them to use real leather, not just cardboard for the covers.
