Conversacube: Icebreaker Re-Invented, Exaggerated

Do you find it hard to strike up a conversation? Are you totally unaware about what to do in even the simplest social situations? Are you desperate enough to rely on a gadget for step-by-step instructions for kissing? Then the Conversacube is for you.
Lauren McCarthy’s idea seems harmless enough – a gadget that helps people be more sociable. Hell, if this thing was real it’s definitely something you and your date can talk about. I’m not so sure that this will actually happen though:
It would also have family and kids versions, both of which are equally ridiculous. I’m pretty sure this is a commentary on how reliant people can be on technology and how some people are becoming more used to digital means of socializing than with physical or face-to-face interaction. Because as a serious concept this thing is just sad.

Never mind the fact that it’s not a cube>. It should officially be called the ConversationCuboid – not that it would change how stupid it is.
