Don’t get me wrong, I love the idea of jamming cell phones as much as the next guy, but isn’t it illegal to do so? Still, when there comes a time when you need to block the texts of a 12-year old girl, then I’m all for cell phone jamming. But Wi-Fi jamming? Shouldn’t information be free?

One thing’s for sure, the device is pretty small and can easily fit in a pocket. Once it’s activated, Wi-Fi goes kaboom! There are no antennas or wires involved – just mayhem.

The Portable Wi-Fi Signal Jammer is available through the Chinavasion online store and it costs about $36 USD for 1-5 units, in case you want some for your friends too. All I can think of is that you might want to block Wi-Fi for security reasons, but still it seems like a bad idea.
