Nokia N8 Shoots Cover Photo for PiX Magazine

I have often complained that my iPhone has a camera that is crap. The images are always dark, blurry, and just don’t look good. The iPhone 4 is a bit better than my 3GS was, but I still can’t get decent shots. Apparently, it’s my fault and you can’t blame the camera phone any more either.

A pro photographer used a Nokia N8 smartphone to snap pictures of a hot model for the cover of South Africa’s PiX Magazine. The dude put the camera in a tripod, used lots of light, some music of questionable taste, and dressed the hottie in what appears to be leftovers from Cindy Lauper’s closet to get the shots.

Check out the video of the shoot above – it’s not naughty so you can watch it at work. Thanks to the N8′s 12-megapixel sensor, the photos look incredible for a camera phone. I will continue to still blame my iPhone for my issues, since denying a problem I have means it doesn’t exist.
