8-Bit Independence

This great pic combines the iconic imagery of Galaga and Independence Day into one.
8-Bit Independence was created by Steven Lefcourt (aka Ste7en), and manages to mash up one of my favorite video games of all time with one of my least favorite movies of all time, and improve on both. I always felt like the acting and effects in Galaga were better than in the movie.
Unfortunately, it looks like voting for the Steven’s design over at Threadless has already wrapped up, so it may never see the light of day as a t-shirt or print. But you can always drop a comment up there to show your support.
