There are a few desktop handsets for your iPhone, but this one is quite minimal, which makes it more attractive than some of the others out there. I guess something like this makes sense if you’re using the iPhone as your main home phone.
The anodized aluminum iPhone Desktop Handset acts like a base and receiver for your iPhone. It allows you to make calls and receive them without having to hold the iPhone. The base can even charge your iPhone while it cradles it – using your own charging cable.
It’s available for $60 (USD) from Hammacher Schlemmer. If that’s too much for you, you can probably hack your own – or you could just hold your iPhone to your ear.
