Star Wars Boutonnières for Formal Imperial Events

by Conner Flynn

I’m not a prom-going or fancy event type of guy, but if I were I would definitely wear one of these Star Wars boutonnières for the occasion. Instructables user kristylynn84 made these for her husband for their wedding since he is a huge Star Wars fan.

They’re a cheap way to geek up any occasion and they are easy to make. You just need some boutonnière pins, some Star Wars plastic rings from a cake shop, real of fake flowers and of course a hot glue gun. Nothing says fun like wearing a stormtrooper head with a flower sticking out of it. In addition to the stormtroopers, Kristy Lynn also made some Darth Vader ones, and when the bridal party entered the reception, the Imperial March was playing.

If you make these, everyone else at your event will be super jealous and wish that they had thought to do it themselves. If you want to try it, hit the link below for the full details.
