Visual Effector Headphone Concept Lets People See Your Tunes
June 11th, 2012
When it comes to headphones, it’s all about the audio as far as I’m concerned. Sure, if they look good they can make a fashionable accessory as well, but for me, the sound is paramount. That doesn’t mean that there aren’t some interesting new designs coming out. For instance, check out the Visual Effector headphones.
These headphones add an extra visual element on one or both earcups The beats of the tunes that you are listening to are represented by an animation, reminiscent of the ones that most computer-based music players can do. The graph can be customized to the user’s desires and they must use an AMOLED to make it really vibrant.
These headphones were designed by ChanHyun Park and SeJi Kim. They offer an interesting way of seeing what people are listening too, without interrupting the flow of the music.
