Transformers Capbots: New Era Caps Hit with the All Spark

We’ve seen Optimus Prime transform into a truck and a gorilla, but have you ever thought how awesome he would be as a baseball cap? Takara-Tomy and New Era think it’s a good idea and have done just that. Behold: Captimus Prime and his evil twin Capticon.

I think these are just renderings of the final product but I assume they won’t be wearable or even life-sized. But I wouldn’t be surprised if they become coveted by toy collectors. It’s Optimus Prime as a cap. If that’s not a collectible I don’t what is. They are available for pre-order at the Big Bad Toy Store for $26 (USD) each or as a set for $50.
