My sister is due in a couple of months, and the whole family is excited. She’s going to have a baby girl, and my parents are probably the most giddy set of soon-to-be-grandparents ever.

She got a 4D ultrasound done just last week, so we all got a good look at her baby. But before the 4D one was a sonogram that I did a bad job of interpreting. Where the baby’s head was, I saw a butt. Where her hand was, I saw a foot. Eventually my sister pointed out which was which and what part was where, so that settled that.

But if her sonogram looked anything like the one shown above, then I’d probably be more than alarmed – although I’d be able to recognize who (or what) she’s carrying insider her belly: Venom!

The sonogram was posted on Reddit by Venom’s proud father-to-be. Scary, huh?

History was made when President Barack Obama was elected as the President of the United States in 2008. I still remember that day like it was yesterday. And now here we are in 2012, with the U.S. Presidential elections coming up in a few months.

On a totally unrelated note to politics, the President as the Incredible Hulk is the last thing I ever thought I’d see. But here it is, in all it’s hulky massiveness: Barack Obama as the Hulk.

The figure was created by Ron English, a well-known artist creates awesome works of art for a living. Unsurprisingly, his Joe Biden action figure is nowhere to be found.

While Darth Vader might not really work amongst us, it’s funny to think of a dark lord of the Sith just going about his day, taking some calls and having a cup of joe.
I jumped to Firefox and still use it sometimes when my Chrome browser acts up. But when I saw this Firefox Icon Pillow, I just knew I either had to have it (or hint to someone that I wanted it, since it’s almost Christmas already anyway.)

I might be using another browser right now, but I will forever remember Firefox as the first browser that gave me an enjoyable surfing experience on the web. (So much drama for a browser, I know.)

Looks like Pac-Man is doing a pretty good job staying away from his ghostly nemeses, though it doesn’t look like he’s really made much progress yet.

While it would be way cooler if you could actually play Pac-Man by stepping on it, at least it’ll keep your shoes clean before they go stomping around your <del>maze</del> house. I could skip all that red pepper though. Maybe he’s grumpy because he knows he’s about to be eaten.

Apparently, the guy who made this decided not to go with making a green piggie pizza, because that would have required using moldy ham.

If only the Empire had thought to build these instead of the wobbly-legged Imperial Walkers, they probably would have won the Battle of Hoth much quicker.

When I was a kid, my mom and I would make homemade pizzas and decorate the pie in such a way that the different ingredients and toppings would form a certain object or face. One of the hardest pizza paintings we managed to pull off was the Mona Lisa. I mean, obviously it doesn’t look exactly like Da Vinci’s lady with the small smile and the secretive expression, but that little pepperoni-encrusted pie was always my favorite master-pizza of all time.

I’m too old to play pizza artist with my mom nowadays, but apparently, food art is still very much alive and kicking. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce you to the Meaty Mona Lisa.

That’s right, folks: this huge portrait that’s aiming to replicate Da Vinci’s most famous work is made entirely out of meat. Aleksandr Solomko created this delectably raw piece of art using over 20 kilograms of sliced meat for a meat processing plant in southern Russia called Tavr. I just wonder what they did with all that meat after the Mona Lisa was displayed.

People who have been born with a silver spoon in their mouths are probably already accustomed to all the luxuries and finer things in life. So I don’t think it would come as a shock if you come across one such silver-spooner who has had a serving of the Oscheriyori, which is the world’s most expensive lunch box – said to be worth ¥18 million yen, or about $234,000 (USD).

You can buy a few really nice cars, put your kids through college, buy steaks to last you a the rest of your life – or you could blow over two hundred grand for a single meal in a gold lunch box. While about $168k of the value of the meal lies in the 3.3kg gold lunch box, that still makes for over $60k for lunch.

For that amount, you can expect to sample some of the world’s most rare and exotic food, but you get quite a typical selection for your palate in this lunch box: root vegetables, sushi rolls, sashimi, and other rice and meat dishes.

These insanely expensive lunches are being served up at the Takashimaya Restaurant in New York and are part of a promotion by the restaurant for the New Year.

People rely a lot on quick fixes to get themselves through the day. Broke the frame on your glasses? There’s Scotch tape for that. The sole on one of your shoes peeling off? There’s Super Glue for that. Lost/wrecked/broke the case for your PC? There’s a–well, there’s a box for that.

Instead of putting in a little more effort and work on a modded case for his PC (like the Train PC Case Mod, which I still haven’t gotten over even though it’s been more than month already), this dude just cut some holes out of a box he probably found lying somewhere, got some markers and drew some random doodles onto it, and voila.

By all means, it doesn’t look neat (as in orderly), but it does look neat (in a weird, disheveled, messy sort of way.) So for people who’re all for quick fixes and who just don’t have time to go buy a PC case or mod one, all you need to do is find a box, a roll of packaging tape, and some markers and you’ll be all set. Until it overheats and catches fire, that is.

No way. That’s an ACTUAL SCREENSHOT?! I thought it was real! Sorry, I just had to go there. Meanwhile, here‘s where we’ll be in the near future. So let’s all give virtual high fives and hugs to Epic Games and the other developers who keep pushing the boundaries of gaming technology. Unfortunately, not all aspects of gaming are moving in a forward direction.

But for the women who just can’t seem to get enough of Facebook, there’s the Facebook Like Button bra. It’s available in a variety of sizes and cups, so I’m sure you’ll be able to order one that <del>fits</del> meets your requirements.

I personally like these bras, but I don’t really see myself wearing one of these anytime soon. But I will definitely do is push the Facebook “Like” button in real life if ever I see one of these quirky bras on a woman.
