The latest in DecalGirl’s series of skins for Apple’s iPhone is a real hoot. Perhaps to overcompensate for the notoriously low volume on the iPhone’s speakers, the Bass is Good sticker set makes your phone look like a mini-boombox.
If only all those speakers were really functional. Now that would be cool…

The news of Apple’s upcoming September 5th press event has the world abuzz with rumors and speculation of what new goodies will be coming from the iPod folks.
MacDailyNews claims that a reliable (single) source says that new iPods will be including Wi-Fi capabilities, and that Apple could possibly roll out their oft-rumored wireless iTunes store…

The engineers over at VoiceSignal have put together a prototype voice recognition application for the iPhone that makes it capable what I’ve been dreaming that Apple would add to its iPods for years. The demo application, called “VTunes” shows off voice-based selection of songs…
